Is there free rental management software?

Brokik is paid from the first property; there is no free plan. Without paying you can create a rental agreement and a handover protocol with the generators, and the tenant opens an account at no cost. The Start plan costs £4.50 a month or £43.90 a year.

Is a lease signed in Brokik valid?

Each party confirms the signature with a code sent to their own e-mail, and Brokik records the signing date and a checksum of the document. Whether a given type of lease requires written form or a qualified signature depends on the law of your country — check it before signing.

How does the tenant submit meter readings?

You send the tenant a link. The tenant enters the readings, and Brokik saves them in the meter history and calculates consumption.

Can Brokik really replace my spreadsheet?

Yes, for running the tenancy: properties, tenants, leases, rent and documents sit in one account, and Brokik sends the rent reminders. You import recent payments from an MT940 bank statement instead of retyping them.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. Brokik is built for landlords, not IT teams — adding a property, uploading a contract or recording a payment takes a few clicks.

Can I manage more than one property?

Yes. One account handles up to 40 of an owner’s units, and management companies run owner-clients in a separate panel — plans are on the pricing page.
