We don't check — we document. Brokik settles the rent and runs the leases and protocols, so punctuality and tenancy history are system records, not declarations. Ratings are exchanged only between the parties of a confirmed tenancy.
What about a tenant with no history yet?
They start with a tenant questionnaire with references (Level 1), and the first tenancy run in Brokik builds Level 2. From day one the landlord gets the full set: questionnaire, references and a documented deposit workflow.
How much does it cost?
You pay for a plan sized to your number of properties — fewer flats, lower price. Current amounts in your currency are on the pricing page. The tenant profile is always free, and you can generate an agreement or a handover protocol for free without an account.
Who can see the tenant passport?
Only the person the tenant sends the link to — and the link expires automatically after 48 hours. No banks, no registries. Data is processed under GDPR, on servers in the EU.
