Supplies stock control for letting agents

Log invoice purchases, send items to flats and get a low-stock e-mail.

The warehouse item list with quantity, minimum, status and value

Every stock change has a date and a name

Only a purchase, an item sent out or an adjustment changes stock.

  1. A purchase from an invoice

Letting agent: You upload the invoice, AI reads the supplier and lines, and you confirm each line before saving.
  2. Sending items to a flat

Letting agent: You send items to a flat and tenancy, and the stock drops at once.
  3. Each flat’s history

Letting agent: The “From warehouse” tab on the property shows what went there and when.
  4. Low stock

Letting agent: Set a minimum per item; when stock falls below it, account admins get an e-mail listing what’s low.

Value, adjustments and AI invoice reading

  • Stock value

Brokik works out the average purchase price and stock value from net invoice prices.

  • An adjustment after a stock count

After a count you record the difference as an adjustment with a reason, such as “Stocktake” or “Damaged”.

  • The whole team

Anyone on the team records purchases and items sent out; only an admin deletes items.

  • AI invoice reading

Reading uses AI credits from your plan’s monthly allowance, then bought credits; longer invoices use more.
