We don't check — we document. Brokik settles the rent and runs the leases and protocols, so punctuality and tenancy history are system records, not declarations. Ratings are exchanged only between the parties of a confirmed tenancy.
What about a tenant with no history yet?
They start with a tenant questionnaire with references (Level 1), and the first tenancy run in Brokik builds Level 2. From day one the landlord gets the full set: questionnaire, references and a documented deposit workflow.
How much does it cost?
You add your first property and test the full plan free for 45 days — no card required. After the trial you pick a plan from €4.90 a month, sized to your number of properties. The tenant profile is free forever.
Who can see the tenant passport?
Only the person the tenant sends the link to — and the link expires automatically after 48 hours. No banks, no registries. Data is processed under GDPR, on servers in the EU.
