For tenants

Ask about your tenancy — answers from your own data

When to submit readings, how much the invoice is and when it is due, how to report an issue — the AI assistant answers in your language from your own tenancy. It saves nothing and gives no legal advice. Your landlord gets fewer calls.

Are you a tenant? You join through your landlord's invitation — the assistant is waiting in your account.

How it works in Brokik

Four questions a tenant asks instead of calling.
  1. You open the assistant on your tenancy screen

The “Assistant” button is on every screen after login. The first message states plainly that you are talking to an AI.
  2. “When do I submit readings?”

An answer from your tenancy settings: the readings day, which meters, and a link to the screen where you enter them.
  3. “How much is the August invoice and when is it due?”

The amount, due date and bank account from your invoice — not from general knowledge.
  4. “How do I give notice?” — the procedure, not advice

The assistant explains how it works in Brokik and whom to ask; it does not judge your agreement or act on your behalf. Limit of 10 questions a day; the counter sits under the info icon.
Scenario

The tenant asks, the landlord's phone stays quiet

Landlord
  1. Sets the readings day and payment deadline once.
  2. Invites the tenant by e-mail; the tenant's assistant switches on by itself once the invitation is accepted.
  3. Gets questions only when the assistant referred the tenant back — disputes and decisions.
Tenant
  1. Asks about the readings deadline and gets a link to the readings screen.
  2. Asks for the invoice amount and due date, pays to the account in the answer.
  3. Reports the defect on the screen the assistant pointed to.
Each of these steps is a feature available in Brokik today.

What the assistant never does

Four rules that hold on every account.

Never invents valuesA field that was not in your data stays empty and marked as missing. Under every value you see its source.
Never saves without approvalA tenant account is read-only: the assistant answers, it changes nothing.
No legal adviceExplains how something works in Brokik and where to find it. In disputes it refers you to the other party of the agreement.
Says it is an AIThe first message in the panel is a disclosure: you are talking to an AI assistant, not a Brokik employee.
