We don't check tenants. After a year of tenancy, or within a year after it ends, the landlord and the tenant rate each other. The tenant can send the next landlord a link, valid for 48 hours, that shows the average rating, the number of ratings and when the account was opened.
Their link shows zero ratings and the date the account was created. A landlord can give the first rating after a year of the tenancy in Brokik, or within a year after it ends.
You pay for a plan sized to your number of properties — fewer flats, lower price. Current amounts in your currency are on the pricing page. The tenant profile is always free, and you can generate an agreement or a handover protocol for free without an account.
Whoever the tenant sends the link to: they see the average, the number of ratings and when the account was opened, and the link stops working after 48 hours. A landlord the tenant rents or rented from in Brokik also sees the full ratings with comments.
You add the property, the tenant and the running agreement. From that month Brokik reminds the tenant about rent and works out utilities from their readings, and payments, readings and documents are kept with the property.

You send the agreement or protocol for signature, and each party confirms with a one-time code from an e-mail, on any device. The signed PDF goes to the property's documents.
Brokik sends the tenant payment reminders, and you mark a payment as paid by hand, from the link in an e-mail or from an MT940 statement. The arrears report shows who is behind.

Data travelling between your device and Brokik is encrypted. Some services, such as hosting and payments, are provided to us by processors — our privacy policy lists them together with the other recipients of your data. When you sign in with a password, Brokik also asks for a 6-digit code from your e-mail. On your own device you can tick a box so it doesn't ask again for 30 days.
Yes. Brokik runs in the browser on a computer, tablet and phone.
Yes, tenants get their own access where they can view lease documents, submit meter readings, and communicate with the landlord via the built-in messenger.
