Renewal, reminders and notices to tenants

  • Renewal for the next year

Renewing pre-fills the insurer, sum insured and dates, and the old policy stays in the tenancy history.

  • A reminder 7–90 days before the end

In settings you choose how many days before the end the e-mail comes; 30 by default.

  • Notices to tenants

Tenants whose policy is ending, expired or missing get an e-mail; tenants with a valid policy get nothing.
