It works on the property list, repairs, the event history and the income and arrears reports.
A group from ticked rows
Letting agent: You tick properties in the list and add them to a group, such as “Old Town”. Group and landlord filter
Letting agent: Pick a group and a landlord; Brokik opens your lists with the last group you chose. A report for one group
Letting agent: The income and arrears reports count only the properties in the chosen group. Search
Letting agent: Type a name, street, tax ID or invoice number and get results sorted by type.
