Payments, numbering and your fee

  • A company or a private landlord

A company landlord issues invoices, a private landlord a monthly rent breakdown instead.

  • The landlord’s numbering

The landlord’s invoices have their own numbering, counted from the start of each year.

  • Payments into the landlord’s account

Tenants report payment from the link in their payment e-mail; you confirm it or mark it once the landlord confirms.

  • Your fee on the landlord’s rent

Your percentage fee also covers this rent; if you hold nothing to deduct it from, the landlord owes it.
